Cultivated from more traditional varietals and unlike the newer sun-grown plants, this El Salvadoran peaberry coffee is a shade grown, organically farmed coffee. This coffee is remarkable for its smoothness and full, rich body.
The Rain Forest Alliance, an institution that confirms the production of environmentally friendly crops, certifies the organic nature of this coffee. The Rain Forest Alliance is sponsored by the World Bank and the Global Environmental Facility.
