The Ramirez Family Estate has been passed down 2 generations where positive changes have been made every step of the way. Modern technology has been incorporated to sort beans electronically and ferment the fruit from the coffee plant to create natural gas that powers his facility.

 The family donates books and computers to local schools as well as employing over 200 Haitians with fair wages and help them to obtain legal citizenship in the Dominican Republic.
