Brazil Santana Estate coffees are the finest quality Arabica coffees from Minas Gerais, Brazil. This family-owned estate is located at an altitude of about 3,000 feet in Brazil’s premier coffee-growing region for Arabica coffees.

The timing of harvesting is crucial to maximizing the quantity of ripe red cherry beans. The cherry beans are hand-picked by experienced coffee farmers that have lived and worked at the plantation for many years and bring an extraordinary passion for producing the very best.  As soon as the best ripe red cherry beans are picked, they are hauled to the processing area for cleaning. The raw coffee beans are first washed and then spread on terraces in thin layers for natural sun drying. The beans are turned over by hand multiple times a day until they achieve an optimal condition of readiness.  Finally, the coffee beans are sorted by size (screen size) and packed for shipment.
