“I have been using Celebes for many years, but my original supplier discontinued it, so I was very happy to have found World Trader Coffee. I have to be very careful with the acidity in coffee and Celebes has always been the coffee of choice. I have tried other low acid coffees, but my husband always comments on how it isn’t as good as Celebes”

“World Trader Coffee’s small-batch roasting is your best bet for trying to get fresh roasted coffee at home. The life of fresh coffee lives by a general rule of 15’s. Green coffee beans will be good for 15 months before beginning to lose the wonderful flavor notes it started with. Roasted coffee will be good for 15 days before it has off-gassed those flavor notes. Ground coffee is off-gassing even faster and is really only fresh for 15 minutes after grinding”

“In looking for a new coffee I tried a number of 6 oz sizes. When the Yemen coffee was grinding I hoped that it would taste as good as it smells. My opinion of the first cup was an ‘uh, I don’t know’ since the flavor was very different from anything I ever had. My taste for coffee leans toward the Kona coffees and some of the African peaberry coffees and I keep them on hand. The next day was the second time I ground and brewed the Yemen coffee and it really hit my taste buds. I knew this was the one I would order. I try to drink a different type of coffee every day of the week and the Yemen coffee is now my go-to Monday brew. I am very pleased with World Trader Coffee from order to delivery.”
