Do you ship to my country?

Currently, World Trader Coffee only ships to customers in the United States.

 

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Generally, any orders received by 9AM EST on a business day will be shipped that same day.   Orders received after that day will be shipped the next business day.   Remember that World Trader Coffee roasts your coffee only upon receiving your order (to provide the freshest coffee possible) and therefore it is not possible to provide immediate shipping.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping charges. For all orders of $60 and over, your shipping is FREE! If you order less than $60, your shipping charge will be calculated using USPS Priority rates to your address.

Can I track my shipment?

Simply Log In to (or create) your account using the link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your orders. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped which will contain tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Please remember that your coffee is roasted by the order.  Orders received by 9am EST on a business day will be shipped the same day; orders received after 9am or not on a business day will ship the next business day.
